Jakub, your movements are absolutely stunning! The flow is harmoniously and beautifully entrancing. As an eurythmist, I can totally relate to the idea of using our bodies as vessels for wisdom transmission. Please carry on with your videos. The world needs higher levels of information right now.

Love it! First Time I see the Runic Stada in Flow. I never liked the static character of the stada. Thanks a lot for the inspiration!!!

This is wonderful man never seen this flow in a runic yoga. You should make your own school of this rune system.

Love this! The setting is absolutely beautiful. And the movement is very Thai chi feeling. Is this something you developed or did you learn it somewhere? I’m really interested in researching ancient movements (I’m a yoga instructor) and trying to find more ancient Norse movements for energy enhancement. Don’t know where to start looking. Haha

Thanks! This is my own synthesis of several years practise with yoga and taiji on the one hand and longtime study and interest in Runes on the other. So they are not ancient nor original but I tried to put it together in a, hopefully, sensible way in the European framework. Part of this work was of course a research in history and unfortunately there's no extant system of body-energy work in Germanic tradition. There are only fragments and suggestions that something like that could exist but nothing which could be followed up objectively.

@@runeflow Very honest answer. The catholic church destroyed all informations in German History. Anyway more and more artefacts appearing that we Had an high culture over 2000 years ago in north and Central Europe. The entire truth will appear soon.

... fun seeing this, really like the flow and interesting to hear of your experience in yoga and Taiji too ... there is an authetnic tradition called Stav which gears runic stances to the Younger Futhark worth looking at@@runeflow

Velmi zajimave moc dekuji.rad bych se to naucil.myslite ze by jste mohl udelat vyukove video.o runovem cviceni?? Jak dychat a tak..😉👍
@runeflow4 жыл бұрын
Časem určitě, nicméně bude to asi chvíli trvat. ;o) Pro začátek je dobré dýchat volně, později přizpůsobit dech rytmu cvičení. Dávám přednost břišnímu dýchání, které zvyšuje zásobení kyslíku v krvi a kostech, uvolňuje svalstvo a ztuhlá místa, atd. čímž přispívá k celkovému efektu cvičení.

Instead of runenyoga we could call this runenqigong! 😁 I like it. I’ve been working with the stadha primarily in the static forms described by Thorsson and Fries, but I’ve have done a bit of qigong in various styles and can really see a lot of potential here! Is this your own innovation? Are you visualizing/directing energy with your movements, or more sensing and feeling what is happening?
@runeflow4 жыл бұрын
Thanks! Yes, it is my own innovation developed after years of experience with yoga, taiji, qigong and eastern martial arts on one hand and with years of experience with runes on the other hand. I tried to create a valid system built upon traditional foundations. I experiment with directing the energy using the movements but it is still a very subjective field so I generally don't describe it to broader audience.

Fair enough. Do you have plans, as it develops, to teach it more publicly in the future? One thing I noticed quite strongly with stationary postures is how much the effect could be changed by, for example, holding the hands with the palm facing different ways, or changing certain positions; making them more active, passive, etc. or more suited to a certain type of work. It became clear that there is so much depth and potential for nuance; so I’m sure something like what you doing goes very deep.
