There is no "end game" in osrs. You simply stop playing for a few months and then your back at it

So I can get half way through the next dlc before it becomes endless fetch quests for rewards that don't matter because one is superior to the other? So I can be ignored by every player I encounter outside of classic? Lol no. I'm not going to contribute to a company that discriminates against employees through mass layoffs and denies documented sexual harassment and blames the customers for their problems and makes no effort to make the game new player friendly and nerfs more items than they buff and has the same fucking trope for every dlc. I'd rather play a game with an active community and developers that listen to their customers and employees while constantly adding new content and events that everyone can enjoy.

Ps my 10 year old account has a grand total of 25 hrs so I have less than 150 skill total lol

I feel you. My advice is to just start tackling one thing at a time. Start with just skilling, pvm, or questing and stick with that for a bit to get yourself back into the groove.

I totally get your mindset for that. I've played lot of games where I don't like to fast travel everywhere just so I can see the world.

Hello if you want to find the quest you set to active then you need to click on the quest icon. it looks like a blue and white star. from there you will see a huge list of red quest titles. red means it is not started, yellow means its in progress, green means its complete. if you set a quest to active then it will be blue. just because you activated it doesn't not mean you started it. if the quest you want to do is in lumbridge then go to you mage book and click the Home teleport button. it looks like a blue and white circle with an "H" in the center. from there look for the lumbridge lodestone and teleport there. you can click on the quest you want to complete and it should tell you who to talk to to start the quest. you also have a map you can access near the minimap. Hope this helps/answered your question.

I'm not completely sure which boss you're talking about, but all bosses have drops. Some are unique to specific bosses, some are not, but are still rare. If you're talking about the new Rex Matriarchs coming out, their drops are still unknown since their release got delayed.

Yeah I'm super confused on these useful quests. Waterfall Quest and Fight Arena both say members-only yet it shows up when I filter by completable quests as a new F2P player. But every other quest doesn't show up, Fairy Tale, Lost City, Jack of Spades, etc unless I remove the completable filter and have all quests show up. Very weird. Is this the same as OSRS? Can a new F2P player complete Waterfall Quest even though it says Members-Only?

that's very unfortunate to hear. its possible that your account was hacked and used for RWT, gambling games, or other things. id recommend for any new players to make sure your password is secure, use 2 step authentication and use different passwords than your email.

I'm not entirely sure since I haven't done that tutorial, but I'll try to go through it an a new account and see what I can figure out.

i'm an oldschool player interested in learning rs3, but its so different and overwhelming i can't even process what is going on its like a 100% different game with some similar quests lol

Press the "L" key and that will unlock your interface then you can move things around as you please and if you press "ESC" and click on "Edit Layout Mode" you can change even more options. we are currently working on a UI guide so id recommend watching that when it comes out. PvP is optional. Although, there are certain situations where you will need to go into the Wilderness, which is a PvP area, so you do need to be careful and just bring what you really need and are willing to lose if you go there.

No, Its just your basic MMO subscription based game. But you can get a bond with in game coins, so it can technically be completely free. Thats how I play. There are ways to spend money to get ahead but its definitely not necessary, you cant buy gear with real money.

@@shadowlin5809 but you can buy bonds with real money and sell the bonds in ge for gp and buy gear and skills. Same in rs3 and osrs now.

@@GoreDust I wouldn’t consider that p2w though. To me, p2w is when real world currency allows you to purchase something in game that gives you an advantage over others.
