I recommend taking pathfinding into account regarding your tile choices -- you want to be able to click once and run somewhere, I'm sure clicking a million times to follow your unlocks exactly will get tedious. There's a runelite plugin that shows the path your character will take to any tile you hover over

I often find it less rewarding than other hobbies of mine but thats just me. Less rewarding in that many of the goals are really long term and its hard to feel satisfaction with small play times

I foresee 2 problems with the xp per tile scaling in the long run: 1: the amount of xp needed per tile will quickly reach a point where it increases far faster than your xp rates increase. For some perspective, getting level 50 in all skills requires a little over 2m xp (meaning 3k xp per tile), and your xp rates will scale minimally from there. Meanwhile, base 70s would require about 17m xp, meaning you'd have to spend 18k xp per tile, 6x as much with your xp rates unlikely to even be 1.5x as high. This will mean that it'll only really be feasible to get tiles in large numbers in the early game, so you'd be required to hoard early tiles for lategame use or see pacing ground to a standstill in the lategame. 2: if you get a lot of xp in one really easy skill, you can quickly reach a point where xp in other skills that are slower to train becomes negligible in granting tiles. Like if you get firemaking/thieving/whatever going and get to 10m+ xp, when your other skills are still in the

There is a maximum of just under 7500 (exact 7485) Tiles he is able to unlock with the 1k XP increase until 1b total XP so he definitelly has to look into the scaling to either be like in steps of +250xp or like you suggested add 1k ever multiple of 2 so at 2m, 4m, 8m, 16m, 32m so at 32m he only would need 6k XP instead of 32k XP

So hyped to see that the legend himself is making a Tileman account! I love the idea for increasing the exp required for a tile. Once you get a few thousand tiles, it makes the gamemode a lot less of a grind which imo isn't as fun. Can't wait to see how this series progresses!

Diagonal tiles give you access to 25% more adjacent tiles to interact with. Definitely go diagonal every chance you get.

For combat, I think straight tiles would be better because you unlock 3 new adjacent spaces instead of 2 (plus the opportunity to loot). For movement, I think straight unlocks 3 new spaces and diagonal unlocks 5, so you're right about movement.

the idea is that going diagonally will give you more adjacent tiles that you did not already have access to than going straight if I am reading this right. going straight gives you the ability to interact with 3 new spaces by walking onto the new one, while going diagonally gives more

This series is perfect for someone who isn't familiar with Runescape/hasn't played Runescape in 20+ years. I have no idea what some restrictions mean for people in other Ironman progress videos, but this concept is both visually and conceptually simple while being interesting to watch!

Pick up your cross and follow Jesus! The world is quickly headed for destruction, and sooner or later you will have to sit at the judgement seat and give an account for your actions. Belief in messiah alone is not enough to grant you salvation - Matthew 7:21-23, John 3:3, John 3:36 (ESV is the best translation for John 3:36). Call on the name of Jesus and pray for Him to intervene in your life! - Revelation 3:20. Contemplate how the Roman Empire fulfilled the role of the beast from the sea in Revelation 13. Revelation 17 confirms that it is in fact Rome. From this we can conclude that A) Jesus is the Son of God and can predict the future or make it happen, B) The world leaders/nations/governments etc have been conspiring together for the last 3000+ years going back to Babylon and before, C) History as we know it is fake. You don't really need to speculate once you start a relationship with God tho. Can't get a response from God? Fasting can help increase your perception and prayer can help initiate events. God will ignore you if your prayer does not align with His purpose (James 4:3) or if you are approaching Him when "unclean" (Isaiah 1:15, Isaiah 59:2, Micah 3:4). Stop eating food sacrificed to idols (McDonald's, Wendy's etc) stop glorifying yourself on social media or making other images of yourself (Second Commandment), stop gossiping about other people, stop watching obscene content etc and you should get a response. Have a blessed day!

Another masterpiece! I have your first Swampletic poster hanging in a frame above my computer, signed in gold: Settled. Man I wasnt big fan of RuneScape nowadays but played a lot in the year 2006. An improvement to the plugin would be to auto walk back into unlocked tiles if trying to leave them, if the plugin can't handle it, a custom client or 3d party pixel reader probably could be possible to develop. (Or maybe a combination of a addon flashing pixels that a 3d party mouse clicker would click)

Mouse clickers are risky since it can trigger the bot detection. Not sure about how auto walk would be implemented.

There’s a RL plug-in for showing the fastest path to a destination. I’d recommend using that for efficient pathing. Also, if your personal roles allow it, you should definitely grab that UIM armor.
