So glad to see another video this morning from your channel. So I take it that you and Lucky decided to get up and make way to a new location deep in the forest. Glad all made to your destination safely. And during that time of travel you happen to find a yam plant along the way. A wonderful addition to your diet. So yes dig some of the tubers up and save them for later so your body will have the carbohydrates that it needs to function. And this time you had to work a little harder to find a place to shelter at. First you had to clear all the roots and extra foliage around the area. Then you had to work to get the bamboo that you needed out from all the roots that were growing everywhere. But as always you succeeded at building a nice temporary shelter. And what a excellent find of the ginseng plant. Ginseng has a ton of health benefits. So today's dinner will consist of yam with ginseng tea. And smoked fish for Lucky. Sounds delicious. Those yams are common here, we call them sweet yam. Just rub some ashes on the open end and it will keep for some time.
