@reggiesenseilifter
@reggiesenseilifter 3 күн бұрын
@@LonzosStudios no coming down to sea level gives you more oxygen to your body which can decrease your time as you have much more energy for the body to work with. I know this first hand when I ran in Colorado in high school then went to college in Texas to run. My times for the 100, & 200 dropped dramatically.. Also with better training as well but the elevation does play a crucial roll

There are just a handful at your National Trials! Compare that to Jamaican and US Trials. This doesn't even compare to a high school track meet in Jamaica or the US. I clearly specified 100m finals. Having athletes who consistently medal in the 100m, 200m, and 400m sprints makes you a sprint nation. Winning gold in the 4x1 in 2022 and then 1996 and only on the men’s side does not make Canada a sprint nation. compared to sprint nations like USA and Jamaica, it’s laughable. 🤷🏾‍♀️
