It has given me the opportunity to meet different friends and people all over the world, and I’ve been able to compete all over the world, so it’s brought me to see different places, different cultures. It’s kind of this common bond you have with so many different people, regardless of what level and ability you’re at; it doesn’t matter where you run, why you run, what you run-it’s just that you run.....NY is the best for that!!!!!

Awesome Kraig! NYC looks pretty! After making few hiking videos, trying to come up with ideas for new trails, I figured I'll just make a video of what I have here, so I'll walk from Downtown LA to Santa Monica and then Venice. Little less exciting but I'll try to showcase the city a little!

I live in NYC but have pretty much been staying in my neighborhood or staying at a place out of town since March. I’ve never been to NYC and this was a cool way to show us the sites. Thank you! The Brooks Cascadia is a trail shoe; not a hard surface shoe. I have 3 pairs in my current fleet of Brooks. The hard surface equivalent is the Brooks Ghost. I currently have 2 pairs of those and just ordered a 3rd pair, yesterday. I love Brooks shoes, as they’ve completely rid me of plantar issues.
