I'm a beginner, just started screen printing like a month ago, already I have made some mistakes like not getting my designs straight and putting too much paint onto the screen, but every mistake comes with a lesson so now I know that I need to come up with tactics for the designs to be straight and professionally dried. What up Baav! Thank you for all your videos and the time you put into this. I have two questions for you! 1. Do you remove all your ink off the screens before going into the dip tank? Seems like it comes off so smooth. When I reclaim my screens, the emulsion comes off off easy, but the ink takes a bit. 2. How do you do it to stay so clean? When I’m done printing I’m all stained everywhere! Blessings bro!

Yo, homie! I noticed you use different squeegees sometimes. Is that based on how you want to deposit the ink or just what's clean. You dropped an absolute 💎 on the lid opener. I HATE the pain involved opening lids. I'm gonna go grab me one of those. My fingertips thank you. My manicurist is gonna miss me 😂 Keep pace bro! Grind on ✊️

Yeah I usually run 70 durometer but sometimes switch it up based on ink deposit. Yeah the lid opener is so clutch! I always through there must be a better way and there sure was🤣

I saw you stick hoodies through the dryer with no logo... Most dont know the material something carries moisture in material...i usually just flash for 20ty to 30ty seconds on each item before i print....same result tho as oven... I need to learn the computer side of screen printing... My boss usually makes the film and i make the sceeen then i screen print..lol A lot to learn screen printing, might look easy but soo many steps to get that quality look.... Some people do preheat the garments but in this case I did not put the hoodies through the dryer blank. They only ran thru with the prints! But screen print definitions steps!

Baaavvvv!!! LOL! As usual, awesome video and great job on those hoodies! Those are really nice looking hoodies! Could I ask, what program do you use to edit your videos? I use Clipchamp on mine, but I want to learn to become better at it and use a better program. God-willing, when you have time, in the future, maybe you'd think about giving classes on screen printing (or maybe do one of those Masterclasses for free then people could sign-up to take paid classes!) Just a thought 😃

Thank you Sherine!! I use Adobe premier pro for video editing. I have thought about in person screen print classes cause I’ve been getting asked for them a lot lately. But great idea on the screen print online class that would be cool and free of course but great idea on the sign ups!

Hey @Baav, As I am roughly a new screen printer, what was the average you made when you were working in your parent's basement? Without the embroidery tho, only screen printing? I know it will be different depending on marketing etc but its good to have a tough idea of what I could make....Although I'm in the UK It will still help knowing is it decent to push.
