I am not surprised that you already have one million on your podcasts. You guys are such fun to listen or watch. As for the gym, try with a group, I do CrossFit a couple of times a week and it’s fantastic. Because jumping on a box alone is not gratifying but when you or someone else in 5he group goes to a higher box, it’s noticeably more fun. 🎉

That Pulse Ox bit killed me 😂 A less embarrassing one: when I first got my watch I thought the pace was decimalised, so I was running at 6 min/km, then it jumped to 5:55 min/km and I thought I'd sped up massively without realising. That happened for a couple of months before I realised 😅

Congrats on the 1 million downloads - love the podcast (watching and listening). Come to Guernsey parkrun - it's a 9am start! Anna went to Jersey parkrun a few years ago, so I feel it's only fair you come to Guernsey. Sarah to do the ice bath - it's not personal Sarah, just that I'm sure Andy would have done them 'back in the day' and I recall Rick doing one in a previous video 🥶

Congratulations on the 1M. I love watching on KZfaq to see all of your reactions. That episode was so funny. Ox 😂😂 Come to Royal Tunbridge Wells for a hilly but scenic Parkrun 😀 Sarah with S&C you could try turning it into either something fun or something functional. So either go with others and make it an outing to look forward to, or do it at home and combine with chores or things you need to do each week like cleaning or laundry, possibly equally as hateful but you’re getting 2 things done at the same time, bonus 🎉 I like balancing on one leg at a time while cleaning my teeth in the morning 😀 For the ice-bath. I think Rick and Andy should do it. I feel the need to stand up for my fellow Sarah 😘 Sarah J x

Suggestion for a longer term challenge for this year to target weaknesses: sarah starts a strength training plan with regular gym workouts, andy takes on a trail marathon or spartan/obstacle course race with elevation gain, and rick has to learn and then teach us about running metrics and how to personalise our garmin watches 😂 the one who tackles their weaknesses best wins the challenge

I do really hate running strength programs. I love powerlifting though, I think doing some more general strength training is beneficial. Chase some numbers on the big 3, then after 12 weeks start adding in more running specific exercises like split squats, rdl, etc. Then it becomes it's own thing that gives you satisfaction and has it's own goals than something you feel you have to do. Your running will suffer for a month or so but being strong is awesome and getting strong is a lot of fun.
