I've just found your channel and was kinda binge watching. There could be many other factors I suppose (bit more sun out at the moment, colour grading, makeup...), but I think you're looking in really good health in the last couple and especially this one, it's nice to here you say you feel really healthy too.

Great to hear how you are getting on. Sounds like a fantatic training group and location. I did my last long run today for my next target event in two weeks. 22 miles on the trails down on the Gower Peninsula which was amazing. I've adopted the opposite plan that altitude training espouses in that I'm training at sea level so have less red blood cells and therefore weigh less. This may be a flawed plan 🤣😂🤣😂

I had a 2 hr long run yesterday where I ran up a 1500 ft hill that got steep in a couple places. In order to keep my heart rate in the easy zone, I had to power walk, which ironically was probably quicker than running up the hill. Running at altitude is its own beast. Also I'm also in the 'sensitive to caffeine' group so I try to limit it to 50mg.

Have you ever thought about putting a looped handle on the bottle? That way you just grad for the handle instead of the bottle itself. In fact, on the TDF, they just hold out the looped strap of the food bags and let the rider hold out his arm and snag it.

I'm with you on the Yorkshire Tea front. To me, "Tea" = "Yorkshire". Everything else is just mucky "herbal infusions" 🤣 ... whenever we go away, I feel like a drug smuggler stashing a zip-lock bag full of Yorkshire in m'suitcase! Also love the Coros Pace 2 ... the battery is just infinite. If it's good enough for Kipchoge, then it's good enough for anyone surely! Keep up the great work! Love the content.

Why don’t you tie a string around the bottle, so you don’t have to pick it up. You just have to put your hand through so it’s unmissable. Never understand why this is not a standard for elite runners who keep missing their bottle like we saw in London?
