Thanks for watching! It’s an interesting thought. Maybe some industries they will adopt AI to capture notes, but banks are slow adopters. In many of my sessions recording the meeting was not allowed, and you cannot use any AI tools to take notes either. There is a lot of security in banking around allowing 3rd parties to store your information - even information from a meeting. So we’ll see where AI takes us.

Hi Karaleise, Thank you for posting such wonderful videos. I have learnt so much by watching all your videos. If possible can you please make a video of a BA’s role in a user centric design process where I have been told that a service designer leads the requirement gathering workshops .

Hello. I have an upcoming senior business analyst and I am freaking out. My background lies in product ownership, financial analysis, scrum mastery. I have about a year of experience as a technical/business analyst back in 2015-2016. i was reached out by a recruiter for the role. To be honest, i am in the job market and was mainly looking for project management, product management roles. I didn’t look into BA because I felt like I wasn’t a good fit for that role. Well I have accepted to have an interview with the recruiter. I wasn’t expected to hear back, however the hiring manager is interested and scheduled an interview. I am not sure where to start as after watching your video, I really want the job. It has been more than 6 years since I did interviews so I am super rusty. Please help me.
