One point I want to touch on cos I dont think many hatters have touched it. But is Nakamba our most missed injury? You touched on how we cant defend counter attacks, its because we press and sometimes over press, and its just too easy for them. I just feel Nakamba would be a great help in solving that issue

Agree totally with your overall comments, Hashi does look a little under strength, Barkley has been poor for a month or so. I agree all look tired and it's hard to see us winning any of the 3 remaining games

even with adebayo back i think its to late and we are going down. the players are down and have no energy and we have half a team atm. and everton have got a really good run of form going now and Burnley are picking up points. if we do go down we i think joe johnson should replace hashi at right back and a rework and rebuild needs to happen as i can see alot of players leaving

We opened the season with a sub Championship level defence! It was poor & even Lockyer looked slow & pedestrian. Then injuries caught up with us & they have cost dearly. We can't beat the poorest teams in the PL & we don't really deserve to be there. I predict that we will go down with Sheff Utd. Burnley or Forest will be the other.

Seemed tired, normally I give ER benefit of doubt but really didn't understand the subs. Barkley and Doughty have been off it for a bit but still more effective than Chong today, v. few impactful touches. Not sure why Townsend wasn't in either.

Our defence has been shocking all season.. even with Lockyer. That is what will take us down. Fred and Hashi have been awful of late. And why is Gabe constantly complaining?! Something seems off..But Eli coming back gives me the slightest sliver of hope 😮

Agree on all of that. Why we bought Hash and those two Reading players, who, like half a dozen others disappear or are on loan, when one decent CB could have made all the difference, is mystifying. And not one young defensive player has made a real breakthrough despite the crisis. Fred tried, but he wasn't a solution.

I get what you are saying but I think your giving Hashi a little too much credit. I just feel today whenever he got the ball and Clark/Berry wasn't directly in front and open for a pass, he just didn't know what to do. His crosses were poor and his strength (which you touched on) is sub-par. Seeing clips from him for Japan/Sin-Truiden, you can say we was more of a edge of the box x-factor type player rather than a player thats gonna run wide. I just feel he is just not suited for the system we play and I would just rather Onyedinma to play over him, and pray for Chieo to return Maybe I am being a bit harsh on him, and yes you can very well be right that he can be good with more practice and time for adjustment but right now I just dont see it.

Sheffield Utd gone and I'm certain Luton will join them! both teams have shocking defences. I have a feeling Nottingham Forest may be relegated too as Burnley have that fighting spirit and finding decent form just at the right time.

We've looked weaker since the return of Sambi and Gabe - Gabe seems to have a bit of a chip on his shoulder too. Wonder if this might be linked with his contract stuff? Have the players run out of steam or something more sinister going on? Players don't seem to be fighting for survival in the past 2 games now, even though we're not down and out yet - just throwing it out there, and I hope to God that I'm wrong, but has Edwards been tapped up by a Premier League team (ie West Ham), players getting wind of it and no longer fighting for him? Just doesn't seem like a typical Luton battle like we've seen over the years be it relegation or promotion challenges. Or are we putting all our eggs in one basket and giving a right good go with the final 3 games, hoping Forest lose against City?

Face it your not good enough. Fighting spirit alone does not get results all season. Burnley will stay up as they play football and on a good run.

And to add, Hashioka is terrible! Be lucky he gets in a mid table Championship team. Technically, physically and mentally poor
