Hello! No matter WHAT day you go, get there no later than 915-920. Give's you time to go potty (bathrooms right there at gates) and line up at entrance. They open up at 9:30. (At about 915-920 you'll see all the gate workers come out lol). Immediately upon entrance, go get yourself a free soda in Merry Marketplace lol. They also have a bathroom if you didn't use it before entering. Lol. Now, here comes your first decision. Are you going to the Halloween Line drop or to the one through Christmas into Fourth of July (it'll be right past carousel)? Both equally entertaining, but if you want to get to Voyage first and little less of a trek, go Fourth of July. Line drop is at 10 am in both locations. I'd go IMMEDIATELY TO Voyage (Be careful on the asphalt! Lol) After you get off, go try Good Gravy and then walk up to Thunderbird. People will be spilling in big time by 1030-1045ish. If it's going to be a hot day, people will be going into that Waterpark. Waterpark opens at 11 am. If you DO want to do the Waterpark, I'd suggest going RIGHT in at 11 & getting in Cheetah Chase or another one of the Bigger slides. You DO NOT have to purchase a locker. You can take your bag up on platforms besides some of the slides of course. If doing the wave pool, I suggest the BIGGER one back by Mammoth. INTENSE waves. Also, very safe to leave bag and stake your claim with a few loungers. The time to do the Legend and Raven is early afternoon (1:30 & after). Everyone is in back of the park. You should be able to get rerides on Voyage at that time as well. How I do the marathons on there. Food prices can range from 13.99-19.99. Alamo (in Fourth of July across from Flags display) is phenomenal. Great tacos, quesadilla & loaded nachos. Goblin Burger (Halloween)- Monster Burger-one of the best burgers I've ever had. Plymouth Rock Cafe (Thanksgiving across from Gobbler Getaway)...GREAT Thanksgiving dinner (greenbeans are the best I've ever had; good potato salad). Sam's Smokehouse (Splashing Safari)-Great smoked meats and the potato salad and mac and cheese are the best. Lol though no sides sold there at that location. The Plymouth Rock Cafe does sell sides. Or you could bring your lunch and eat out by the lake. You'll get great shots of the Raven. Games are great. The best is Pumpkin Planko in Halloween. @Redneck_Roadtrips Absolutely. Every coaster. Just don't let any attendant take your stuff-you put it in cubbie. Very nice they do that but last time they spilled my drink on my camera equipment. Accident bit HW isn't paying if your property is messed up. I most likely won't be back til October. If something changes, I'll let you know. It means a lot to have you trust in my opinion.
