The carbon fiber definitely helps with responsiveness and fatigue. The ASICS Superblast is amazing if you liked the fit of the Novablast. Since you run at a pretty quick pace the Adidas Boston 12s have been my go to Daily Trainer

Yea Im definitely a nooB when it comes to carbon fiber and those super shoes but I do think I'm going to just stick to zero drop for a bit. I wanted to rotate a heel drop shoe but after running in zero drop shoes Im kind of stuck. (Ive been in heel drop running shoes since jr high and only made the switch to zero drop a few months back). I use the Escalante Racers as my daily trainer right now but I am curious about those Asic MetaSpeed Edge since it has a chill 4mm drop.
