I get runny nose each time I eat, breakfast, lunch, & dinner. doesn't matter if it's spicy peppery or not, I get runny nose. I have to blow my nose into a napking, which is nasty if I'm sitting next to others. so I usually go to the restroom and blow my nose into the sink, wash my nose, and come back. still embarrassing. This must be a natural reaction to food entering my body related to salivating for food before eating it, but the runny nose happens after I eat my food. weird. good thing I don't eat through my nose.

This never used to happen to me but one day I thought I was getting sick because my nose was running like Usain Bolt while having supper. Took a couple days till I put it all together that my nose was only running while I was eating and would stop after I finished eating. Now I just live with it but it can get embarrassing if I find myself eating without a napkin handy.

meds. other than that you just have to live with it and carry tissues/napkins at all times. I hate it too.

Please avoid lectins in your food, It seems your body is in 'fight' mode, if youre not vegetarian, try an elimination diet consisting of meat only for a couple of weeks and then slowly re introduce foods back in but wait a day for any affects
