Hello Rupalben.. I have tried many of your recipes and they all turn out excellent everytime I make them. Video me maine baking soda ka measurement dikhaya hai..that is 1 pinch (1/4 Tsp), ye amount bohot kam hai. Hello Savitaji ! Glad you like the recipe! 😃 You can add jowar flour, but adding bajri flour would make muthiya dark in colour and a little more chewy. Still if you want to add bajri flour, add it in a small proportion (3-4 spoons)
