Ruppert Landscape Surprises Employees with $28 Million in Appreciation Bonuses

On December 6th, 2022, Ruppert Landscape gave appreciation bonuses to all employees with tenure over one year as a thanks for the role they’ve played in the company’s growth and development. Excluding the top leadership team, 1200 employees received bonuses ranging from $7,000 to just over $200,000 from proceeds garnered through the company’s recent partnership with investment firm, Knox Lane. One time I got a Christmas bonus……an embroidered blanket, bearing the logo of the company I was working for. At that time, the company was worth about $35 Billion dollars.

hmmm that was the exact "bonus" i got i wonder if it was the same company, mine smelled musty like it had sat in a Wearhouse for years

Man, I wish I worked there. Where I work I got a $77 bonus for Christmas, and I worked here for 18 1/2 years. Everyone in the shop got the same. A $100 bill with taxes taken out, which equals $77. The people who worked here one day before Christmas and the people who worked here 20+ years, got the same bonus. So much for being a loyal employee to the company!

Good video content. Such generosity is rare these days. Im not trying to be rude, How much was the Bonus? Was the bonus tax sheltered or are all them going to be surprised next April?
