I live in America I have dislocated disc and everyday my legs hurts I found this today I’ve been listening to this all day and my neck cracked my feet have Been cracking and my body isn’t in pain usually when I walk it feels like planter Fascitis and I got up and walked with no pain blessed be Allah !!!my pain is gone I don’t know if tomorrow it will come back 😢but I hope not
