possibly signs of ayn/hasad. Continue to listen, do ruqyah upon yourself, make ruqyah water, drink a bottle throughout the day and night. Do this for a week or so until you feel the effects wear off and you're cured insha'allah by the will of Allah swt.

Sister maybe u r effected by evil eye or Sihir and it effects the qarin it creates so many problem continue it for 21 days at least then update .
