It’s a BIG one! I bagged 29 fabulous home decor pieces, mostly vintage and antique! We start in the historical village of Tenterden (with some suprising USA connections!!) and then head to a selection of charity shops and charity furniture stores to hunt out those decorating bargains! There will be the big reveal where we have a chat about the pieces, how I will make them over and style them, plus I’ll be sharing my tips on reading makers marks on the bottom of china… did I really bag a piece of china that’s over 130 years old for just £5?????

I love all of your wonderful treasures, and so envious of the history in your charity shops! Hard to bring home those kind of vintage and antique finds on an airplane! I love the boxes and the all the unique items that will be such great conversation pieces. When my hubby and I were going to farm auctions in the the mid west I would often find puzzling items ( before google) but they were so fun I would hang them from my pot rack over our kitchen island. It always was a conversation starter. I think one (or 2)of the canes could be made into a pot rack of sorts suspended from the ceiling with plants, pots, florals, and treasures. Just love your videos, they're not long enough! God Bless

So fun..My husband's Aunt was a curator for the Victoria & Albert museum decades ago working on shipwreck articles from the sunken ship Gerona and my husband uncle (his aunts husband) was the Curator for Chatsworth throughout his career. I have always wanted to visit having Bern born and lived in the deep South of the U.S. my entire life and never having the opportunity to. Travel abroad. Watchung your episodes give me a chance to visit vicariously through your hunting trips for treasures. So fun to se these lovely old things with such character given a whole new chance at life to listen in on more "conversations"

Canes could be attached to a basket as leggs (curved part on floor) you could leave taller or make for a table. Used as a fern stand. Or for assorted floral arrangement. Liked your ideas as well 😊

Oh my goodness, we stumbled across Tenterden when we were in England in September…we ate lunch on the benches in front of that church!! Didn’t have time to shop but certainly saw some interesting things in the couple of places we went in. Lovely bakery, too.

I used to do decor items and sell them at a local market. One of the things was rolling pins and would replace the handle with a bit cut off a stair spindle with the paint roughly sanded off in places to make it a bit more decorative. Also, I would add spindle bits to bread boards as the handle

Amazing finds. We have lots of the old wood working tools here . I'm sure most were used to build our old house. I have never thought of using them in the house. I'm glad my father in law had them

Loved going shopping with you! You’re so fortunate to have so many wonderful antique shops to go to. We don’t have many here in Ontario, Canada. My favourites were the carved candle holders, the gorgeous mirror and the green plate (I love green too). Looking forward to seeing what you end up doing with your finds!! ❤

Oh so you live in shopping heaven!😅 I think my idea of a wonderful vacation would be to visit places like this just for shopping and soaking up all the local loveliness. I visited England once in the London area and it was not for happy reasons but I still enjoyed being in the UK for the short time I was there. Would love to visit it again under happy circumstances.

Hello, WHAT a BEAUTIFUL TOWN. Yes that is a QUIRKY BUILDING but it looks AMAZING. Some really UNIQUE AND BEAUTIFUL ITEMS. I like that watering can. How nice We ALL NEED HAPPY PLACES WE CAN GO TOO. That makes it and the day more FUN, FUN, FUN, ...YEA...😊😊😊. HAPPY SHOPPING, I LOVE that Tall Table. The legs seems so skinny. YEA...I WANT TO SEE...YEA ...ALL YOUR GOODIES.😊 I LOVE yoir wooden boxes and the wooden candlesticks.I like your idea using those coasters on furniture. You hit the JACKPOT ON WOODEN ITEMS today....YEA... Oh WOW I LOVE ❤ THAT CHEESE PLATE. Oh my...I bought a rolling pin today too. It was made out if marble with wooden handles. And awhile back i bout 5 old rolling ping at an action through a Thrift store. I LOVE your old tools. But I really LOVE that mirror. ❤ Oh h h h h you did buy those canes/ Walking sticks. I think they can make a statement by themseves too. I think they would look cool placed together as well. But I LOVE ALL YOUR IDEAS TOO. ESPECILLY the Candy Cane idea. I absolutely love you Tracy! You found the Boleslawiec cups from my country! You won't believe how many Polish stuff I'm founding here in the US. I always wonder about the families. I also like old stuff and never bought a single piece of furniture from the store. My 2 cats made my table legs totally shabby chic by scratching them on the top of my distressing😊. You came home with 2 of my favorites. The walking sticks I would put in a crock by the front door. The platter is gorgeous! Green "transfer ware" is hard to come by. Great video!! Wonderful charity shops!!
