try to repeat 1:10 - 1:28 at all speeds and slowly progress tru the speed of the video trust me :) start at 0.25 and make you way up.....It can take time to master, but i think one hand first will be alright!

I kinda got the first notes but the other notes a few secs after that is kinda hard to hit quickly since the notes are heavily separated
