Now here I am, contemplating it..

My first year teaching behavioral students was crazy! I loved the challenges but there comes the point when you begin to feel weary. I didn't know how to handle so much at once. It took these few words to get me back in the fight and not give up. "While you think these challenging students are not succeeding, think of your students who are improving. If you were a horrible teacher, it will show in all students". I got to thinking and started validating myself. Moral of the story, don't focus too much on the negatives because there are positive moments as well. We got your back Russ!
