Westbrooks stats will be elevated all year based off usage alone. He is their offense. This will come to include horrid shooting percentages and likely a ton of turnovers. Most people will only look at the triple doubles he'll have and ignore all the ways he might be hindering the team as well. I admit he's insanely talented but I also don't see him being the main star that is able to carry a team anywhere near a finals. End rant.

I've been saying the same. I recognize and even appreciate his talent. But as a leader of the squad he should be trying to elevate the whole team and not accept any slacking by his other teammates. He seems content to just elevate his own stats regardless of how bad the rest of the team does in the game. Look at all the greats: Kobe... Demanded perfection and elevated his team. Jordan...
