Play both! Go small.... Cut either Zu or Plum from the rotation for this series. Morris, Covington, Batum, Powell, and Russ have to be the starters! Zu, Mann, EG, and Bones as the reserves with the 4 minutes shared by the 3 wings that are available... Definitely do no start Zu! It is not helping! The team needs points from the starting unit and Zu isn't talented enough to be featured inside.... Put the pressure on Mann, Bones, and EG to give the 2nd unit great production.... Between Morris, Covington, Powell, and Russ the team should be able to get close to 80-85 pts from the starters. If they can bring The Suns group back down to 100 pts, that's only about a -15 Much easier to overcome when the bench on avg is a +20 or more... It adds up to about a +5 for The Clippers as a team. There is no other path to staying close to The Clippers when their starters are scoring 100+ per game. You have to be within 10-15 pts of that to even have a possibility of staying close. Zu, Batum, and EG simply don't score enough or defend at a high enough level to keep starting all 3 of them without Kawhi and PG....
