Damn, Russell uses stories with his Dad in a lot of his stand up. It goes to show that he was very close to his father, look at Russel at the end of the video, he got tears in his eyes when he was mimicking his dad. He misses his Dad even after all these years, btw, his dad passed away in 2004.

His impression of his dad is my favorite voice he does because he does it with so much enthusiasm and you can tell he works hard to get all the nuances of dad down. In my opinion he does generic Indian accent and his dad, the latter vastly superior.

Oh my god, this is so true. Extremely relatable and I was laughing so hard that I have a cold now lol. My parents and I are so gross that we can talk about our digestive issues while we're eating dinner. Yeah, well. I don't know if it's an Indian thing (I have a feeling it is) but yeah we do.
