Condemnation isn't enough. The US needs to lift its restrictions on the usage of weapons if such attacks are to be prevented in the future. Ukraine currently has no means of preventing such attacks due to handicaps placed upon it. The question is: Does the US and NATO want Ukraine to survive this war or not? Be honest

Not only Ukraine needs to get everything it needs to get russians out of their territory, the entire free world has to clearly state the objectives of defeating this pure evil. I am tired of so many words. I lose the belief in Western honesty on this. Some countries I believe, the Scandinavians, the UK, the Netherlands, Poland, the Baltics ... I want to see lifting of restrictions, because that is the real reason for this terror. Russia can bomb civilians without any consequences - and - it sits and even heads the UN security council?! Russia is entitled to a permanent seat on the Council as the lawful successor state to the USSR, which was guaranteed to them when they signed onto the U.N. Charter. Take it away from them, and the legal basis for the U.N. ceases to exist.

How tragic it must be though, to report something of this level of depravity and desperation and cruelty that is unspeakable. All of us who have severely ill children hospitalized live a special form of painfulness that is a like a slowly descending spiral of despair that keeps one a prisoner of one's thoughts in not being able to help in any way to get our child back to full health. In spite of that, to hear that a children's hospital and the magnificent health care staff could be deliberately bombed as a target in wartime should be a warning to us all of what is coming down the pike.

Тому що Київ захищали найкраще і час прильоту ракет більший ніж у наближених до кордону Росії і лінією фронту (можна встигнути пройти в укриття). А ці ракети долетіли в Київ, тому навіжена Безугла зреагувала. Були вже атаки по сто ракет по всій Україні одномоментно, але тут запустили по Києву кілька десятків різних типів і лише одиниці не змогли збити. Ця лікарня рятувала 80 000 дітей на рік, там мали бути сотні смертей в цей день, якби 600 дітей не встигли перевести у бомбосховище й не збили більшість ракет, що туди летіли, проте в перспективі через порушення стерильності, відключення апаратів, ураження уламками, не надану допомогу вчасно і кваліфіковано великі жертви цієї ракети неминучі. I disagree. Don't encourage barbarism and don't confirm the Russian narratives. Be the better country, keep the moral high ground and continue to treat your POW humanely. Good behavior might save Ukrainian POWs and it may at least in part influence the perception of Ukrainian people. Even Russian fighters will be more willing to surrender if they recognize that giving up is a viable option compared to participating in a fight until death .. a fight in which some might not even participate in voluntarily.
