The Ukrainian army, meanwhile, has been struggling to replenish its ranks after a failed 2023 counteroffensive and intense fighting in Donbass. In April, Kiev lowered the conscription age from 27 to 25, gave more powers to enlistment officers, and increased the penalties for draft dodgers.

Russians would not demobilize in order to call another mobilization... if 300k soldiers are given a break, it means Russia already readied 300k for immediate replacement or already in combat lines...

Since the start of a special military operation in 2022 the US GOVERNMENT has spent so much money for Ukraine that the FED Reserve had to raise interest rates 8 times. Because of inflation which is caused by government printing money to pay for ammo, equipment, weapons, and shells for Ukraine. Thus Americans can't even afford debt anymore too expensive as their groceries also have become too expensive.
