Not only we should show interest in this floating nuclear plant but also we should look towards other Russian technology like: 1) 9M730 Burevestnik ( Nuclear powered Missile ) 3) Jet Engine 4) 5th Gen Fighters etc That will put India far more Ahed in Tech

It's not buying. It's technology collaboration with equal interest and opportunities. Russia financially depends on China but Russias traditional thoughts China never trusted partner . It consider China similar to USA by nature. Like USA China also highly ambitious in self interest. So Russia eyeing India as best potential and much reliable partner . This should help Russia in balance China and protect its larger geopolitical interest's.

India should absolutely take this opportunity, will be a huge technological upgrade and it would sure to a some extent help in reducing india's dependence on unstable fossil fuel coal, also reducing the carbon blueprint and upholding the paris agreement and if seen geopolitically, china also has rolled down a floating nuclear plant so it would be good to have a edge by having the same
