On the 27th of May, Moscow launched the Kondor FKA radar surveillance satellite. And according to the Russian military department, this high-resolution satellite will be used entirely for military purposes. And will scan the entire territory of Ukraine, twice a day for military installations.
What this means is that Ukraine will have no place to hide the western weapons that are being pumped into the battlefield. Weather phenomena such as rain, thunder and clouds will not affect the radar capabilities of this satellite. And what is worse, the undisclosed weapons caches that Ukraine presently has at this moment will be exposed.
But how good are these Russian surveillance satellites? And can they really change the course of this war?

Russia is still losing the ground. "Wast network of volunteers" is just 20 thousand who selected to join the Foreign Legion of Ukraine, even there were much more candidates (including from far places like Japan or Thailand). Compared to 1.35 million of military personal (450 thousand active, 900 reserve) it's not that much. You may don't like it, but Ukraine defeated Russia alone. Yes, with Western weapons, but weapon means nothing when cowards posess them (like old Afghan government)

No one forced Slavic countries, Baltics and Finland to join NATO, it's their people's decision. We're in the begging of souther border clashes that haven't even started to heat up on either side as well as yevgeniys announcement of starting new opporations along the north eastern border with Ukraine in belgorad and a possible attempt to push into Kharkiv. As well as continued nato supplies coming in, this conflict is nowhere near conclusion and it would be an uneducated guess at best to call anyone a Victor at this point.
