Russia Says Was "Hitting Weapons Factory 2KM From Kyiv Hospital", Ukraine Slams "Monstrous" Claim

Russia's UN Ambassador said on July 9 that his country was not responsible for the July 8 attack on Kyiv's main children's hospital, putting the blame on a stray Ukrainian anti-aircraft missile.
"We have not bombed the children's hospital," Vassily Nebenzia said, speaking to reporters at the United Nations in New York City.
Ukraine's security service said it had unequivocal evidence the medical facility was hit by a Russian Kh-101 cruise missile during the deadliest series of strikes in months, and published images of what it said were fragments of the weapon's engine.
The Kremlin said, without providing evidence, it was Ukrainian anti-missile fire, not Russia, that struck the children's hospital, which is one of Europe's largest and treats patients with serious conditions such as cancer and kidney disease.
Ukraine flew its flags at half mast on a national day of mourning to mark the deaths of 44 people across the country from Monday's air attacks, including four children and two people at the Okhmatdyt Children's Hospital in the capital.

An Sam Missile uses primary an fragmentation based warehead. The Nasams wich is basicly an Aim 120D with an booster attached uses an continius rod warhead, which is designed to destroy lightly armored targets like an airplane/ helicopter by shredding the surfaces. This ammount of damage can´t be produced by an SAM Warhead not even S300/S400 has such large warheads with their SA-12B missle. But cruise missles are mostly designed to destroy fixed and hardend targets which need an different kind of warhead, and don´t rely on primary fragmentation do cause damage on target. Most fragmentation will be produced through the building material itself. Thats the reason their warhead is mostly HE or HE with steel penetrator like Taurus. And the KH-101 uses only an HE warhead with 450 kg. And it roughly matched the level of destruction caused on the building. Why it was targeted or hit is something else of a question? Was it intended, was it due to Electonic Warefare and only limited INS Navigation, was it user error by the russians, or was it a complitly different missle and not KH-101? All those questions will take very long to answer if they will be answered ever.

Was that impartial analysis done by the Russian MOD or Putin’s good friend Kim Jong Un? Air defence missiles have 20kg warheads. To do this much damage, it had to be a 400kg+ warhead. To land with pinpoint accuracy on a hospital, it had to be a KH-101. Every Russian knows this. Their trolls saying otherwise are just animals.

It was either damaged x-101 or NASAMs, in both cases - the strike was not deliberate. The rocket on the video is free falling. Cruise missiles don't free fall before the target. They go in full speed.

On January 2022 they publicly stated they never planned to abide Minsk 2, which meant that the 4k civilians and 5k military personnel had died in vain. This is a crime against humanity and a crime against international diplomacy. On tops - they formalised actual neo-nazi regiments- Azov, Aidar, Right sector, Kraken making them part of ministry of internal affairs and armed forces - absolute crime against humanity- again. When in February 2022 Russia offered last ultimatum- the clown was like - no, there are no issues, everything is fine! Gambling his people's safety like a fool! Russia tolerated this vile regime for so long. All is Ukrainian responsibility.

Video reports coming from ukraine about poisoning deaths of people in Kyiv . Thise that were clearing rubble - volounteers, rescue personal ,police - became unwell with sugns of chemical poisining. Apparently some of the bottled water on site was continated. Because of hot temperature civilians and volunteers were helping by delivering water to the rescue teams and some of it was poosoned. Basically many of those working at the site of impact died. * waining for additional info .
