I fell in love with the russian culture after learning about WW2..The way the russian men and women came together and beat the nazis is the best war story of all time.. The women in factory’s making ammunition while buildings were being hit by artillery then the women digging trenches on the front lines while the men fought to the death..Then cooking for the soldiers..Just when it looked like the russians were gonna lose surrounded and backs agaisnt the wall They managed to Push the nazis all the way back to berlin and saved the world ..The braveness and resiliency of the russian people is unmatched.. They always find a way to win..🇷🇺🇷🇺To me russias ww2 victory is more impressive and meaningful than the revolutionary war..

@@user-ne9oj1tz8lYeah but germany was the most advanced military in the world..They also weren’t alone.. About 1 million fins and ukrainian men fought along side the nazis..Russia was basically fighting four countries at once including Italy..

@@user-ne9oj1tz8l I’m like a historian when it comes to the eastern front 😂 Germany was stronger than the soviets in fact great britain told America russia wouldn’t last three months against the Nazis..There’s two critical mistakes the germans made that lead to their defeat.. It was 100% hitlers fault.. Hitler wouldn’t listen to his generals and made two huge mistakes. One was he split the army into two then the second is he attacked Moscow during the winter..Nazis should’ve and could’ve won the war..

@@user-ne9oj1tz8l You must know nothing to think Germany was at its WEAKEST time. It was 1941, they conquered all of western europe, had the rich iron from Norway and Sweden (via trade). The allies had to regroup as they had recently been kicked out of europe. The Nazis had enough oil, planes, great tanks and nearly 3.8 million men, 800k of them being other axis forces. It was the largest invasion in HISTORY. Germany was at its STRONGEST at the beginning of operation barbarossa. They also (at the time of invasion) barely had to worry about sending troops westward, there was practically no front. The Italians were thought to be capable of holding Africa (which they didnt but the manpower in africa wasnt nearly as much as in the soviet union front) but they sent some 300k troops ( they replenished that with the help of other axis troops). Oh and may I add the Soviets only had about 2.6 Million men stationed on their border with Germany, so the Germans had MORE manpower in that front.
