I just recently was lucky enough to stumble upon your tutorials. Let me commend you on being the easiest jewelry designer to follow!!!! Thank you so much for that!!!! I have been "beading" for many years now, but am always looking for something new to do. I LOVE LOVE LOVE these pieces!! I just finished my 1st one & now am starting a pink/white on with a breast cancer ribbon that will hang down from it. Thanks again for your time & dedication to your fellow beaders :) :)

Thank you, you made it sooooo simple. I tried it with seed beads and pearls etc. I had bought a pattern in pdf and for the life of me I could not get the colors of the pattern to come out, I tried two colors cause it kept turning so bad I could not figure out which were the outtie beads, then with your video I used the actual delica beads and walla it was so simple. I was ready to give up before I found your video. So again thank you I love the way you teach us and show us every bead of every step. You leave no questioned moves. Now I will try it again with the darn pdf pattern I bought on Etsy. LOL Hugs

G'Day My Fellow Fantasy Paradise Treasure Buying Club Member....... wow that would have to be the longest introduction to a letter in History!!!!!! From now on ... F.F.P.T.B.C.M. Thanks for choosing to do this design. I have tried to follow another designer but it seemed that on the day my "two right hands" and the little old grey cells just didn't work together but after watching your wonderful completely logical and understandable teachings....."I got it"...thank you, thank you. I love all the great colour combinations that you have used. So on this rather warm evening night while sipping on an icy cold drink after eating my cold meat and salad for tea (I think you call it dinner ) I am going to sit and replay your video and join in by making one or two leaves... no make that several leaves.... enough to cover a tree and that will be a lot as we grow them gigantic Down Under!!!!! I will also be thinking of my poor freezing Northern Light Sisters, sipping on their Hot Chocolate (with marshmallows) and throwing another log on the fire ....... but this little (so called) heat way is very short lived so by Wednesday I will be back to enjoy being cold with you for a while and swapping a cold drink with "hot Coffee"... so I guess that I shouldn't get to cocky in taking the micky out of you lot. I will let you know how I did and thanks for this video...stay warm lol and so its Good night from Down Under.... P.S We must at some stage gather all the F.F.P.T.B.C.M. and go on a "Fantasy" trip to some place in the world so we can buy all the fantasy beard our minds can conjure up and then we can all regale each other with our trip around our Fantasy World!!!!!!!!! lol...

+Chris Phillips Ok my dear Chris we have a conflict in naming our new group!!! lol I have called us the "Sisterhood of the Traveling Beads" haha so maybe we can come up with a compromise!!! Or we can be both which would make us happily nutty!!! I'd have to write it down to remember :) I am happy to hear that you can follow the tutorial. I tried so hard to make it easy to understand. My critical self wanted to redo the very small out of frame part but was exhausted and thought it could be understood as sewing up the back is the same as the front!!! I am very critical of myself! I love hearing about your wonderful warm weather! I have brought out the tea pots and hot chocolate and the tea at night ritual for us Northern Lights folks is in full swing at least in this humble abode! Unfortunately the tea ritual must have some sort of sweet little cake or cookie to be complete! Especially something with cinnamon and spices that are so warming and good for the soul as well as the palate! Our fantasy travels will be fun and who knows, maybe one day we could find a bead show and really meet up (a fantasy I know) but ya never know what will happen :)

+Bronzepony Beaded Jewelry I think that we should be called . "The Sisterhood of the Fantasy Traveling Beaders" I think that it sounds as if we belong to a traveling circus and do strange things with beads but I "love" the way it has a ring to it... it also sounds like a film or mini series!!!lol Now don't wet your nickers but it was "to hot'" to bead last night..... so I am going to do some today as there is a nasty cold change on its way ...so back to the cold zone ! I found your video very easy to follow and had no problem in understanding any part if it and find it hard to believe that any one would have trouble following it. As I said I have watch others and couldn't work it out so I didn't bother trying to do one. You mention an other way of doing it could you perhaps do a video on how that's done..... you now have me hooked on leaf designs. Love the sound of those "cinnamon and spices" cakes .....it can join my "wicked little cake list".... you could be a charming host and send some to me to have with my coffee when I am enjoying beading along with you while watching one of your "wonderful" videos !!!!!!! Could you imagine all of us meeting up at "real" bead show.... oh be still my beating heart..... it would be out of this world... it would be "HEAVEN" stay warm my wonderful friend.... XXOOX

I finally made a Russian leaf because of this video!! I tried a few months ago and frustration kept getting the better of me. But, I still screwed up some how and one side of my leaf is one row smaller than the initial side. I followed the video as I made it but I still managed to screw it up. It looks perfect except for the lost row on one side. I will try again another day. Thanks so much for the video and explantation, much appreciated.

+Jana Jahn Hi Jana! The bracelet was a prototype that I have not gotten back to yet! Its on my list but I wanted to get some easy and fast projects up for the holidays. Many of my subs are beginners and advanced beginners so I try to make pieces that are simple but elegant. The pendant looked good, I agree, but the three wraps around the pearls were not secure enough for me :) Also, I was trying to make that little pendant part of the clasp but haven't come up with a good design yet!

Thank you so much for this, I was looking for a way to showcase a single drop bead I have with the matching seed beads and this is perfect! Is there a way to add pictures here? I'd love to show you when I finish. Also can you tell us how to add the extra accents beads at the top of the one you had made already?

Couldnt we start the peice in center first then split each side ?

The piece is started in the center and each side is beaded. You then attach then sides together at the top :)

I finished a pair of these last night. mine are very floppy and do not hold their shape, what did I do wrong. Used 11/0 round and 10/0 Delicas.
@BronzeponyBeadedJewelry
@BronzeponyBeadedJewelry 7 жыл бұрын
Hi Susan! The 10/0 delicas and 11/0 rounds make a softer more flexible leaf which is great for a pendant. Try using 11/0 delicas and 15/0 rounds if you want a more solid leaf perhaps for earrings :)
