they need to put louis cyr’s feats as a fun thing to try, especially how louis did it. he did a 265lb dumbbell press using one arm to get to to his shoulder. pushed an empty train freight car up an INCLINE. those weigh 60,000lbs, and he was able to hold draft horses attached to his arms and they couldn’t break through his bent arms.
