The poem (written at the beggining of the 90s) describes a disappointed communist that doesn't know how to handle the upcoming situation but stays with his ideas. The genre of the song is called zebekiko and it's considered to be a very emotional "heavy" music genre. Traditionally only men dance to zebekiko or women who are in pain ( widows etc) but any one can dance to this. Someone who knows how to dance zebekiko is considered like "tough".
