For some reason, the speech of the restaurant owner wasn't translated properly. He also said that there are many new Russian wine producers which make their own wonderful wine, so, on the whole, the variety of the wine menu is still good.

@@andreasankara Wine from Crimea and Kuban regions. Their climate conditions are similar to climate in France - hot summers and warm winters mostly without snow. There are many vineyards there. You can google that.

This is just plain wrong. Some cities canceled fireworks after the tragedy in Belgorod, where 24 people were killed, not because of lack of finances. Fireworks are cheap, even factory workers can afford them. Wion, please, don't disappoint your loyal audience with such poor reporting!
