Russian refineries are under attack

In April 2024, Russia reduced the export of petroleum products by sea by more than 14 percent. Supplies from the ports of Primorsk, Ust-Luga and Murmansk have decreased noticeably. Gasoline prices in the federation are rising, and export revenues are declining. Experts say the main reasons are drone strikes on Russian oil refineries and sanctions against the aggressor country. Russia is shipping oil only by rail? Time to start prying up rails. You only need to pry up one section anywhere along the line and the train will derail, preventing any other trains making the trip. Anybody with a crowbar can do it. That will tie up thousands of Russian troops to just watch the rail lines. This is why US forces don’t use rail transport. It’s harder to take out a bus on a road than a train on a rail. It takes more fuel, but you can’t derail several buses and trucks.
