The rust labs wiki states that for loot chances, the locked crate will give 10% and heavy scientists have 5%. This means that completing small oil rig gives you a 35% chance of getting one of these. Absolutely insane...

Me and my friend already tested this strategy but it is doesnt work, minigun is too inacurate, you must stay in a dangerous position too long to even hit somebody, if you try too kill skilled player or duo+ - you will most likely get killed. btw you need ton of ammo for this
