Let me make it very clear for both Pip and everyone else who can relate to having depression or bad periods, it is NEVER "spreading negativity" to open up. I hope you had some good people to talk to and would always recommend a psychologist or an "unrelated" person, to talk to. It is not a taboo. That way you can hear and learn from a source that hasn't direct impact to your personal life. That really helped me. Wish you all the best :)

Man i feel you honestly, i suffered panick attacks and its horrible, and now i had backbone surgery couple months ago and being unable of running or just walking without pain takes a mental health toll too... I Hope you the best and never give Up!
