This is a tricky matchup that kept me constantly second-guessing and double-checking my plays. While Cendrill's DP minus can erase Lilith X for good, I feel the overall advantage mechanic-wise leans towards Lilith: her effects feed off the deletion cost of Overclock, while [End of Attack] / [End of Turn] timing deletion impede Overclock's effectiveness. Still though, I would say it isn't an overwhelming advantage and Cendrill still stands a decent chance of stealing the win. In this case, the fairy tale princess was definitely blessed with some luck. Based on my calculations, if Tsukaimon had been deleted against Security at 04:25 (allowing Lilith X to play out an unsuspended Lv.4 from Trash), or if Lilith had a Bastemon in hand during their final turn, there wouldn't have been a way for Cendrill to survive the next turn.

For those still wondering why Ignitemon (Witchmon later in that turn) didn't go for game, it had Security Attack -1 applied. Digimon at Security Attack 0 or lower can still attack, mind you, and all relevant effects activate as usual, but even if the opponent has no security remaining, said attack will _not_ finish the game due to rulings.

That clutch board clear into Sec Atk -1 to live the next turn with 0 security remaining was just insane. There was a good amount of luck in this game, but for you to find such a line to even survive was all skill. Rrats stay winning!

Aww dammit Lilith was taking the stage. Cendril unfortunately had the perfect cards to slow her down while finishing the job. A shame Lilith has to bow down for now. At the very least she had her spotlight in the EX matches. Also, am quite surprised you did not use [Phantom Pain] in LilithX's build. Was it somewhat not good with how the deck rolls?

Digimon with Security attack -1 cannot swing for game since you have to deal damage. Edit: before you ask: that same shoeshoemon prevented the witchmon from attacking the Digimon

Both decks were equally unlucky (Cendril not having a tamer early game and Lilithmon X getting a good Digimon in trash alittle too late). It’s just Cendrillmon having clutched it at the last turn.

Is it me or there was a huge misplay at the end?? Has the text stated shoeshoemon says opponents digimon cant attack digimon, not cant take. So Ignitemon could have gone for game. Not sure if the text is wrong or there was an overlook on your part. So with this set up, Lilith actually won 😅

The effect inflicted ignite with sec-1 so it could attack but a digimon with 0 or less security attack cannot win a game

@@reignis9937 It has always been that way. You cannot win with Piercing, either, even if the opponent has no security left.
