Retained list is spot on and those transfer listed. Last year the club was too sentimental and nostalgic and approach now should have been adopted We need to free up salary spots in the squad and get rid of players that int good enough showed by goals against and somehow move on players who are on two year deals. Then by freeing up salaries to bring actual proven league quality as first teamers if want to achieve playoffs for next season. Which has meant like baldwin who may have been retained but with players on two year deals who aint good enough are going to be warming the bench next year so club is left in bad position and they need to get rid to free up the cash. But the issuance of two year deals has got us into all sorts of problems with unproven league players offer geraldo a one year to see if he can hack it at league level and lessons learned from last year
