Mwaf you mentioned in another video something about earning 18 percent yield in a stock. I do not know any stock giving 18 percent yield in Kenya. Please name it. Mind you with the real estate you only mentioned the rental yield of 3.6% (mind you rental yield in Nairobi is higher than that) but you forgot that immovable property also gets capital gains. The property can and indeed does appreciate in value year on year.
