Magic Ruler was released in the U.S. at the end of 2002. The 25th anniversary is commemorating the initial release of the Yu-Gi-Oh TCG in Japan

I have a Delinquent Duo from the Original Pack YEARS ago. It's not in the worst shape but def has been used many times in duels and has saved my ass! 🥰

Relinquished always was one of the coolest looking early game boss monsters. I did think it was strange that it was Yugi on the cover instead of Pegasus because Relinquished/Restrict are so closely tied to him.

Yugi was just on the packs until the second GX set wasn't he? Nowadays only duelists on packs are on the duelist packs.

@AhiruGaOdoreru Yup, but most of the cover cards were also used by Yugi to some extent. In the manga, Yugi used his Grandpa's Blue Eyes until Kaiba destroyed it. Black Skull Dragon was a combination between Yugi and Joey. Yugi played Exodia from Dark Crisis. DMOC was again, one of Yugi's cards. Relinquished and Restrict were never used by Yugi himself. Only against him.

Blue Eyes Toon Dragon came in clutch for me when I was opening a few 25th anniversary legendary collection boxes around when they came out. Awesome to see a few get pulled in this opening.

I love magic ruler, maily because of the ritual cards, always thought they were cool as a kid. Relinquish along with toon cards made me feel like i was as powerful as Pegasus

Magic Ruler was always a favorite set, could never pull a Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon but was able to get Toon Summoned Skull and Delinquent Duo and Serpent Night Dragon, wish Serpent Night had gotten its own support like Gate Guardian has. LOB has the potential to be the best set just because of Blue Eyes White Dragon being pulled.

Crazy pulls, I picked Spell Ruler to be the best pack during the Dark Crisis video, but after Pharaoh's Servant I figured Spell Ruler didn't have a chance, but wow those pulls were insane.

Yesterday at my locals i opened one spell ruler for smol goat format tournament and pulled Delinquent Duo and i was so happy, from time when i entered there i knew i would pull it 😁 great card.
