yeah... and this is why PSA grades are stupid and don't really mean that much lol they misgrade A LOT of cards, even super high end stuff that they should be extra careful with. the fact that you had to grade these TWICE says everything you need to know about grading cards.

Also the fact they charge you extra for PSA 10 is kind of suspicious. What if they need the money and start pumping 10s??

@@gambitgambles or they give 10-worthy cards (which are memes anyways given current prices) 6-9s so people crack and resubmit (pay PSA more money) again.

Grading is largely a scam. Literally know people who had 8s and then got 10s when re-submitted. One reason why I don't grade.

Grading is a scam. You know how card shops and websites label card conditions? Near mint, lightly played, etc. The issue with using a numeric system for grades is that a 10 implies 0 imperfections with a card, which does not exist. There is no basis in which to apply numbers to, since there is no real 10/10 card.

@@pikachufrankie I don't think PSA or anyone who frequently buys psa 10 cards is under the impression that psa 10 means absolutely flawless. We all know that's not the case, that's why people say PSA 10s are almost like participation trophies compared to BGS and CGC 10s, esp the black labels.

While I will probably never own cards as expensive as these, there’s something really satisfying about knowing that somewhere someone is preserving and taking good care of them. That Summoned Skull was amazing to see. What a classic!

Don't worry , it's not exactly easy to sell those expensive psa 10s they can sit there for sale for years , not many have thousands to spend on a single card. Ungraded can sell in a couple days

PSA charge 75 for a single card and upcharge depending on the cards value 😮? That's outrageous, just solidifies my opinion that they're a terrible grading company

Yeah plus the massive inconsistencies. These cards should have graded 10 the first time. I think they sometimes give 8s or 9s just because they feel like it and not because of the card.

Its really interesting to see how even within those highest standard grading companys results can vary by honestly quite a big margin. gem mint 10 compared to 9 is just an insane price difference already. That breaker is gorgeous looking tho. amazing card

it just shows that they dont have standards. The fact that it went to a different person most likely and graded more fair or less fair. All depends on who was right first time.

That's kinda the reason why I like PSA only if I'm SELLING the card. I would never collect them. I've seen more than one submission lately where they damaged multiple cards in the same exact spot, gave them 9 and ignored the complaints. I get that your message was "these was only a few out of the hundreds and they're humans" but I don't trust them at all, I would never give them my most expensive and cherished cards just to get an arbitrary number on the top right corner lol

The Blue Eyes and CED were obviously awesome to see, but I think my favorite was the Harpy's Pet Dragon. I remember being so surprised that didn't get a 10 the first time you submitted it so real happy to see that one change.

Summoned skull is my favourite without a doubt. It reminds me somehow of some artworks from the swiss artist Giger. Plus melancholia hits hard when I see it.

Cyber end dragon and cyberdark dragon ultis were definitely my favourites. Quite a fitting ending. Successful resubmission in all although you should not have to do this at all

Incredible returns, wow, my favorite among them would be the Dark Armed Dragon for sure, even if it just hit a 9, it's just too good as an Ultimate Rare, it's beautiful. It's great to see you being happy about opening packs or like here, looking at your PSA returns.

Man, it's so hard to pick a favorite out of this epic list. For me it's Summoned Skull, but this was so filled with EPICNESS... and they all did great, so it was a CRAZY submission! Congrats on the results, I loved seeing these minty cards get a second chance and make it worth it. I remember how you pulled many of this and thinking the same when I saw the videos! Also, for future slab cracking. I haven't tried myself since I never graded a card, but can't you use a mini drill with a thin cutting disk to cut the plastic? That shouldn't damage the cards!

man I loved cyberdark dragon, I remember back in the day at Rite Aid there was like at least 50 loose packs of first edition they were trying to get rid of, and at the time I couldn't afford it, the packs were on sale for a dollar each!!! anyway very fun video love it.

I'm sure you know already but the SM-51 Blue Eyes is worth more when the colour is blue instead of purple. Theres different saturations of blue aswell, and your one looks pretty sick.

I've seen some people break the slab inside of large plastic bags to help mitigate the flying plastic. Mightbe helpful. Great video!

Seeing the Knicks on the cases is what frustrates me. I have a few psa one piece cards and some Beckett yugioh cards and some have dirt and some have significant scratches and Knicks on them. Like I obviously plan on displaying them or showing people and enjoying looking at them myself and it’s just annoying. It’s an expensive process/purchase and just some quality control would go along way.

10:19 got a dot on the front left border so 9 is fair imo 12:01 shifted stamping on front so 9 fair again regardless of the back 12:33 shifting+stamping but yeah neos is rough cyber end dragon ofc the fav from this return, insane stuff! congrats
