Mr. Brand good evening. I am looking to get my sport pilot's license. I am looking at trainging facilites from 1.5 to 3.5 hours away from where I live. There isn't anyone in the local Albany NY area that offers sport pilot. I am looking at one place (3.5 hrs from home) in New Hampshire and they use the RV-12's as their training aircraft and everyone says go for it. Then there are two others that offer: - Alpha - Flight Design I am a big guy, 6' 250 lbs and not really sure where to learn, based on plane. Again friends of mine tell me, go with the RV-12, it can handle a large useful load. You had made a comment about flying other light sport aircraft, but didn't alaborate about that others you've flown, yet you picked the RV-12. Would you care to give some feedback on some of the others you have flown? Just trying to hear it from guys like yourself that has that prior experience. Thank you for your time and attention to my quesiton. Jay
