My 2006 toy hauler roof needs some maintenance. Here is a DIY project everyone needs to do after 10 years of sun deterioration. I bought the stuff at Camping World, but there are other places online.

how did you approach the existing gobs of sealer around the vents, seems etc. Did you scrape them off and redo. Seems to me it would be a hassle taking off the existing sealer / gobs of self leveling dicor that is already there.

I looked up this product and found that the price varies from around $30 to $100 depending on the seller. Can you provide any information as to where you purchased the product and is the first coat you applied different from the second cost? The reason I'm asking is because the label says it's part 2 of the system, is the cleaner/activator part 1? Thanks for any clarity you can provide.

This application not only prolongs the life of the rubber roof, but makes it easier to clean and inspect. Another bonus is that it will increase the reflectivity, and thereby keep your trailer roof cooler, which adds more life, as well as the interior cooler, saving AC use.

Recommend spray down a 50/50 solution of Simple Green & Bleach wait a few minutes and then pressure wash off using a 40° fan spray at least 8-10" (depending upon PSI) away from the EPDM roof then let dry 24 hours. The next day, reseal top edges of all the edge trim pieces with non-leveling DICOR sealant, reseal all cracks with DICOR Self-Leveling lap sealant and/or use eternabond (only where it's really needed) then coat the entire roof with HENRY's Tropicoll 100% Silicone roof coating. It's really that simple!

If it were mine, I would inspect closely any existing caulk, mark it, clean and recondition as necessary, let cure.
