Please, please don't ever, ever change your theme music. When I hear it, it's like something old and familiar and comforting !!!! Especially with all that is going on, all the changes, and all that is coming. Even your voice is addictive. Love your videos. Thanks Russ! The grates on the bridge allows airflow to prevent dangerous oscillations of the deck due to wind.

Three friends and me crossed that bridge coming south on motorcycles.. Early morning, raining and wind blowing. Had to drive on the grated side because the paved side was closed.I truly enjoyed the riding to and from Copper Harbor but crossing the bridge in the wind and rain on a motorcycle will get your attention FAST.

I was born and raised in upper Michigan! I have crossed the big Mack millions of time..if you cross US2 to M 117 then north to M 28 you will go through the big town of Engadine! M 28 to the west will take you toward copper country!
