RVing to Onslow Beach on Camp Lejeune North Carolina in our Thor Hurricane 35m for 9 days. We are 11 Miles from our House!
We fished, walked on the beach, grilled some great food and hung out with our military brothers and sisters.

In 1977 they didn't have housing on base for us, so Mother and Daddy bought a 27 foot travel trailer and we lived at the campground there on Onslow Beach. It was the happiest time of my life.

Man I love that rig. Those choppers where very cool. That is right man. USA, USA, USA. I see that rain you are talking about now. LOL on the fishing. Hey at least you caught something. Now make the story what ever you want it to be. lol Great stuff man. Looks like y'all had a great time.

Most of Those choppers are called opsreys......they are they only flying plane that can hover like a chopper ....2 in 1

Nice video. We were actually the first pop up you saw when you went to the back circle. Red van, hard sides. We had loads of fun and walked past you guys a few ties on our way out the park. Hope that you guys had a great time.

Hey there!! Funny you were there and in my video and you found it on youtube!! We had a blast there. Doing a month in Cedar Island and then probably park rig back on onslow beach for November!!

Lance McCormick that’s awesome that you guys stay so close and can go and enjoy. We are looking into possibly going full time within the next 5 years so we are enjoying our pop up now that we have one. Thanks for the follow up.

@@Mauriceandcarolyn @Maurice and Carolyn we started with tents, then popup, then 24 ft A then last Nov got this rig! Around 7 months in shop for new engine and ton of repairs, so we going crazy trying to get some action in before winter!! Ha We 1/2 timers right now, have Realty company taking care of gigoes and squids around lejeune. Work 1/2 month then take off to places! Mainly military camp grounds! Where u stationed?

Great video.. thanks! Hope to spend this coming winter there. Is there a lot of salt air/moisture accumulation on the rigs?

Thanks for committing! We love lejeune beach and camp ground! You are in-between intercoastal and ocean so you get some salt but rain kinda keeps you rig in check! They are building new bridge and the pylon hammering should be done by end of summer.
