We just bought a 2007 Gulf Stream Tourmaster T40A. Love the quality of the build, especially the solid wood cabinetry. Totally sold us. The bay at 12:00 can house a Dometic freezer which was an upgrade. In the upper right corner, that should be the control box for the wind sensor for the power awning. This rig you have has some upgrades I don't have so you're asking a fair price, especially with the features and upgrades!

Totally enjoyed your video, retiring next March and will be looking for an RV to see more of my country. I believe when you retire you want your freedom and being anchored to 4 walls and a block of dirt is not freedom. Lucky I have a great country to explore, greetings from the land down under 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺

Floor plan of the coach is almost identical to Winnebago Journey DL in the early 2000 Range 2001 to around they're very similar almost identical I would bet they copy the floor plan different engine though Winnebago used a caterpillar vs. Mercedes but floor plan as I said very similar PS great job great great video nice presentation
