This week, we take you along as we check another town off of our Bucket List: Pigeon Forge TN in the beautiful Smoky Mountains!
We'll share how Pigeon Forge got its name, some of the restaurants we enjoyed, some of the fun things to do in Pigeon Forge, and the RV resort we used as our basecamp.
We ride a mountain coaster, visit Dollywood, take a Pink Jeep Tour, travel the Foothills Parkway and see some BEARS!!
We've been wanting to visit Pigeon Forge TN for a long time. An AIM Rally is what finally brought us here. The All Inclusive Motorhome Club is an RV club for RVers who travel in motorhomes. They host rallies all over the country and we always have a great time with all of the friendly folks and fun activities included in an AIM Club Rally ( www.aimclub.org ). You're video started out perfect at The Old Mill. We don’t indulge in those costly games, rides, or Dollywood. We have been to The Stampede but didn't have such high expectations. You're accessment was spot on as we have not seen a "live" dinner show. We prefer the peacefulness of Townsend, TN, down by the riverside, Cades Cove, and the Smokies. Thanks for sharing, as always.

Loved Pigeon Forge! My favorite things were the helicopter rides and Dollywood. Especially the many crafts people. Appreciate your honesty about the Dolly Parton Stampede. I saw it while it was still the Dixie Stampede.. was great then!

Love ❤ your KZfaq channel along with traveling Robert. Was so tickled you guys got to meet each other in Colorado! I’m so sorry you had a bad experience in PF Dolly Stampede. We haven’t been to PF yet and we were probably going to do that one. We have taken our 3 kids to their show in Branson several times and we loved it. Of course that was well before the pandemic so I’m guessing they must have had a giant turnover internally or other challenges along the journey. We love you guys. Thanks for your honest opinion. Please try again in Branson when you go back.

Hi guys...With the Stampede...Dolly Parton's name is on the building but there's NOTHING about Dolly in the show and I try to tell guests that ...plus it used to be called DIXIE Stampede till everyone became offended ..lol. Come say hi on the Channel if you're able to 🐻🏞️🌄

Hey Guys.. Glad you're visiting my neck of the woods. My family is from just across the border in NC. Tommy said he had Chipped Beef in gravy over eggs. My Mother and Grandmother always made that on top of toast or biscuits and called it, Shit on a Shingle.. Y'all have fun

I agree with the experience you had at Dolly's Stampede. We had the exact same experience at the Branson, MO one. Won't go back. Way too expensive and the acting made no sense and wasn't live like we had hoped.

I think we did everything y'all have a couple of years ago. The coaster is pretty cool. But if y'all are still in the area, you have to go to the Titanic Museum. Extremely well done, informative, and although I'm not obsessed by it like many, was one of the best parts of our trip to that area..

We saw the Titanic Museum in Branson and loved it so we decided to focus on other stuff here but when we get back we will need to go see this one because it does have different exhibits.

You're doing a good job on the video, but where is the prices? They're things like Dolly wood and the Dixie stampede. You might as well go ahead and tell us, you know, that's information we'd like to have. And what was the RV rally?
