I made a quick oversimplified stats of kickoff wins: Game 1: Rw9 4, Vati 12, Tie 3 Game 2: Rw9 3, Vati 9, Tie 4 Game 3: Rw9 4, Vati 7, Tie 1 Game 4: Rw9 5, Vati 6, Tie 6 Game 5: Rw9 2, Vati 5, Tie 4 In total: Rw9 18, Vati 39, Tie 18 Win here means either straight kickoff goal or boost+ball, tie is either ball vs boost or having the decision to pressure or rotate without immediate threat. These results are highly debatable and might have errors, but it still shows how much of an uphill Rw9 played. Vatiras kickoffs are crazy good!

That's how it goes when you survive on kickoff goals. When you don't immediately score and have to play 1v1 against rw9 then reality sets in.

I really don't get how some of these high level players are getting farmed for kickoff goals and NOT recognizing that maybe switching up their kickoff could change that. It's like they only recognize the possibility when it's already happening to them. Switch up your kickoff every time and you just won't have to think about it, right? All you have to do to "improve" your kickoff game is to literally just do ANYTHING differently. Seems so simple.

I'm not sure when this was filmed, but Zen has lost a tournament now at Gamers8. I still think Zen is probably the best player in 3v3, but Vitality isn't unbeatable.

3:38 rw9 standing there frozen is like Messi walking on the pitch. In no way I’m comparing Messi to a guy who plays car ball professionally to make that clear. When rw9 looks like he’s frozen, he’s analyzing the play and what to do next. Similarly, Messi walks on the pitch to gain intel about what’s happening and what he can do that’s best for his team.
