You see closing board point was just a good politics played. Both the president of Uganda and Rwanda are brothers. As I mentioned before closing Uganda board was politics. Remember Muhoozi saying he was going to meet his uncle. Our problem is one. This country has very few pple who can read Muhoozi/ Museveni politics. 2013 sejusa talked-about the project and it's happening now wen everyone is seeing.
